Unless another method has been approved all foreign orders must be prepaid in US$ via:

Warranty and Technical Support:

Our Satisfaction Guarantee states that if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, for a period of 30 days you may return them for a full refund, (not including shipping charges). Returned items must be received in a like-new condition or a restocking fee will be charged.
As a TECI customer you are entitled to Unlimited Free Tech Support by Phone, FAX or Email, and 1 Year Free Software Upgrades. Hardware products are guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 180 days from the date of purchase. This includes free parts and labor for repairs. The software diskettes are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping & Handling:

Shipping is by UPS Ground unless the customer specifies otherwise. All UPS, US Post Office and Fed Ex shipping methods are available. This applies to the Continental United States and International shipments.
